Race Start:
Pre-race meeting at 7:45 am at swim start. Instructions and updates will be announced.
It is the responsibility of the athlete to know and follow the proper course.
Body marking is located at packet pickup.
The transition area is for race participants only - no spectators allowed.
Awards
First 100 finishers in both olympic and half distance will receive an award
All finishers will receive a finish medal
NO AGE GROUP AWARDS
No waiting around for everyone to finish for awards
Race Morning
Plan to arrive around 6:00 A.M. This will allow you plenty of time to get everything set up. There will be a pre-race meeting at 7:45 A.M. Final instructions will be given at this time.
Clydesdale/Athena Information
Participants who registered as Clydesdales or Athenas will be asked to weigh in on race day. Entrants in this division are not eligible for age group awards. Note: you are not required to enter as a Clydesdale or Athena just because you meet the weight requirements. (200 lbs. for men; 150 lbs. for women)
Lytle Park
The transition area is located in the Parking Lot. The run course is out and back from the Pool. Maps are enclosed of the transition area, run course and bike course.
Post Race Party
The post race food and the awards presentation will be held next to the pavilion.
Transition Area
The transition area is located next the Pool. Large signs will direct the participants.
Parking
Parking is in a designated area before you enter the race site. There is no parking in any other area or along the road.
Misc. Information
Relay team members may begin the next leg after they have been passed the race number by preceding team mate. Relays should hand off at the entrance or exit of transition area.
Refund Policy
We will be unable to refund your entry fee after you have registered for the race. In the event you will not be able to participate, please contact us about a race transfer.
